Sales Development Representative

Job description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our early go to market team. This role will report directly to our CEO and work very closely with our Account Executive. The salary range for this role starts at $72,000.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our CEO and your assigned sales reps to penetrate targeted accounts

  • Use all tools at your disposal to get in touch with prospects - email, call, LinkedIn Mail and direct mail (you have a full creative license) to meet and exceed pipeline goals

  • Manage inbound inquiries and lead management as well as outbound in order to fill the pipeline with well qualified sales opportunities.

  • Conduct high level conversations with mid and senior level executives in the DevRel space, explaining the value proposition of Forem

  • Execute on key GTM research projects working closely with Forem’s Executive team

Skills or Experience We’d Like To See

  • Four year university/college degree

  • Demonstrable experience and proficiency in high pressure, competitive situations

  • Highly coachable

  • Passion for technology & sales

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup team environment; you're a meticulous, innovative, creative thinker, never satisfied with the status quo

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) and ability to interact with all levels in the organization

  • Experience using LinkedIn, Salesforce,, and cold-calling is a plus
